All manuscripts must be submitted for review electronically. The only accepted fi le format is PDF. Any other format and manuscripts received in hard-copy form wil l not be processed. Manuscripts for Oral Presentation should not exceed six (6) pages in length. To permit blind review, manuscripts should not inc lude the author names nor affi l iations. All manuscripts should be formatted as c lose as possible to the final format: A4 or letter pages, double column, single spaced, Times or equivalent font of minimum 10pt. Use of colors may enhance your figures and is encouraged. Detailed instructions for formatting your manuscript are inc luded in the fi le (format.pdf [2]). Templates are provided for MS-Word and LaTeX fi les at http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/pubservices/confpub/AuthorTools/con... [3]. Manuscripts not in l ine with the above rules might be discarded.
